Can you imagine it's coming so close to a year I have been here now??

Dad and Pa said they will celebrate my 'birthday' on the day I was adopted... that would be spiffy- brithdays involve CAKE, right? Mmmmmm.... Cake...

I want to tell you about some SPECIAL peoples in my life, and ask if you might be interested in helping them. (Nooo, someone OTHER than Dad and Pa!!)

The awesome peoples who rescued me- they are the Happy Tails Rescue Association, in Goldendale Washington. You see, they came and got me from my OLD home... where my people had decided that with two kids and new carpet, I should just go live in the Garage. (sigh) I just lived out there. Pottying there, eating there, sleeping there... I was SO sad!!!

Then they came and got me! Yay!!!!

I came to live with Pa and Dad, and I LOVE my new home!! If it weren't for the Happy Tails Rescue, I would still live in a garage, and I would be very very sad.

Now, they have /45/ dogs, with more coming in, and it is WINTER there!! (uhm, it's winter here too. But here it RAINS, while there it SNOWS!) and they need more funds for bedding and food, as well as new dog runs and houses! My people have decided that this holiday season is an especially good time to help them, and so they are working on several projects to raise money for them.

I will post about the holiday gift baskets later- when I can post a picture!

But the Petco that I go to all the time did an AWESOME thing, and donated a whole CASE of flying discs (frisbee type) just for them to sell and put the money twords the rescue!!

You can buy some of these discs from my Dad directly, or run over to ebay and buy a set of five- one of each color! If you want more or less of them, please contact Dad at reinsman at comcast dot net! ALL they money for the discs will got to Happy Tails, and shipping shouldn't be more than around four bucks for five of them, sent priority mail/3-day!
